  • Why do I need to give my credit card prior to booking?
    The Gallery Salon prioritizes our clients and stylists time equally. We place a credit card on hold and enforce our cancellation policies to ensure our team is not missing opportunities to schedule other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.
  • Can I bring my children?
    We love children (most of us are moms!) but unfortunately we don’t have the space to accommodate your little one’s in our boutique salon. Unless your child is receiving a service, we ask that they do not accompany you to your appointment.
  • What product lines do you carry?
    We carry the entire REDKEN line and Innersense which is an organic product line. We also carry Pop Locks Hair Extensions, Olaplex, & Teleties.
  • Where are we located?
    We are located in the back right corner of The Shelmore Village Shopping Center. If you see the Charleston Bridge Run offices, you’re close!
  • How do I cancel or reschedule?
    The best way to cancel or reschedule is to text or call your stylist directly. Please note that we ask for 72-hours notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
  • What services do you offer?
    We are a full service hair salon. Our stylists specialize in different coloring, cutting, and straightening techniques. You can find more information outlined in our online bio’s. We also offer makeup, formal styling, facial waxing, and brow tinting.
  • How to I schedule an appointment?
    To schedule an appointment it’s best to contact your stylist directly. If you’re not an established client and aren’t sure which stylist is right for you, call or text our salon at 843-375-6988
